To access the Services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and phone number. Creating multiple accounts (also known as "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of funds and bonuses.

Bank transfers during weekends or Indonesian public holidays may experience delays. upo77 does not charge fees for deposits, though your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction fees.
You may request withdrawal of your Account balance at any time, subject to completion of identity verification and fulfillment of any applicable bonus wagering requirements. Withdrawals must be made to a financial account registered in your own name and matching the name on your verified upo77 Account. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000 (one hundred thousand Indonesian Rupiah). We process withdrawal requests within 5 minutes during normal operating hours, though actual receipt of funds depends on your financial institution's processing times.
In accordance with international anti-money laundering (AML) regulations, all funds must be wagered at least once before withdrawal is permitted. This means the total amount of bets placed must equal or exceed the total amount deposited. Sports betting markets on upo77 cover football (including BRI Liga 1, English Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, World Cup, and AFF Cup), basketball, volleyball, badminton, MotoGP, esports (Mobile Legends, PUBG Mobile, Free Fire), and other sports. All bets are final once placed and cannot be canceled or modified. In the event of obvious errors in odds or markets, we reserve the right to void bets. In the event of any dispute arising from your use of the Platform, you agree to first contact our customer support team to attempt to resolve the matter amicably. Upon closure, you may withdraw any remaining balance in your Account subject to verification of identity and completion of any pending wagering requirements. In the event of termination, we will return any remaining balance in your Account minus any amounts owed to us or disputed.
